Virtual Auditions for

THE CLOCKWORK PROFESSOR!

AUDITIONS CLOSE APRIL 16th @ 6PM

Seattle Public Theater and the Seattle Public Education Department are excited to announce youth auditions for The Clockwork Professor by Maggie Lee. This production will be cast with teens and produced by professional Seattle theater artists, including director Gavin Reub. Seattle Public Theater's Youth Advisory cohort selected The Clockwork Professor to relaunch summer youth theater at our space on Greenlake. This production will give youth performers the opportunity to work in a professional theater setting with seasoned artists.

About the Show

Professor Pemberton is a humble inventor, a quiet man of science. As political unrest sweeps over the great city of New Providence, buried secrets from his past threaten to destroy everything that he holds dear, and perhaps even the Crown itself. From romance to royal airships to roving inter-dimensional portals, join up with The Clockwork Professor in this action-packed adventure of fantastical science fiction with a steampunk twist!

If you would like to read the full script before submitting, you can do so HERE.

The Clockwork Professor will begin rehearsals on July 1st, and the show will run August 1st-4th, 2024.
