Seattle Public Theatre offers performances at the historic Bathhouse Theater located at 7312 W Green Lake Drive North, Seattle, WA 98103.
The main entrance to the theater faces West Green Lake Drive North and is off of the pedestrian path that circles Green Lake. There is a paved path to the theater from the nearest parking lot, located at the intersection of Stone Avenue North and West Green Lake Drive North.
If it is raining, the line to wait for tickets will be covered by a blue tent.
Picking Up Tickets
You are able to pick up your tickets and enter the lobby 1 hour (60 minutes) before the performance. If you have pre-purchased your tickets, there will be a kiosk located outside of the theater. You can pick up your tickets by giving the person standing there your last name.
Purchasing Tickets or Getting on a Waitlist
If you need to purchase tickets for a performance or get on a waitlist, enter the double doors at the front of the theater. After you enter, you will see a ticket booth in front of you, with someone seated at the booth.
You may purchase tickets from the person at the booth, or get on a waitlist for the performance if there aren’t any tickets available. The waitlist, or RUSH LIST, is available to the general public one hour before curtain of any sold-out performance. If you want to get your name on the RUSH list, you can enter through the double doors at the theater, and a box office worker will sign you up at the box office.
Because of the shape, it may feel a bit confining. Before a show, if you would like more space, you are welcome to wait outside, in front of the theater, or in the beer garden (see page *) .
Lobby Space
The lobby is a narrow, rectangular space. The double door entrance is always left open prior to a performance.

Bars
The lobby has two bars, one to the left of the box office and one to the right of the box office. At the bars you can purchase beer, wine, mixed drinks, soft drinks, and snacks such as.....
The Beer Garden has chairs and tables for seating.
Beer Garden
On the far left of the lobby is a door to the Beer Garden. The Beer Garden is an outside space and is open 1 hour prior to a performance and throughout the performance.
When needed, it is covered with a blue tent.
During cooler weather, it also has heaters to keep you warm.
During the performance the Beer Garden patrons are welcome to use the Beer Garden as a quieter break space. The door to the Beer Garden is closed during the performance. If you would like to use this space during the performance, please ask whomever is working in the lobby to prop the door open for you so that you may re-enter whenever you would like.

Both of the restroom are gender neutral, open to all audience members. The bathroom on the right has two stall and 2 urinals. There are curtains around the urinals.
Bathrooms
There are two clearly marked bathrooms, one on the far right of the lobby and one on the far left of the lobby.
The bathroom on the left has 4 stalls.
Both bathrooms have an accessible stall and an accessible sink.
Please be aware that there is a downward slope as you enter each bathroom.
Water Fountains
There are water fountains located on both sides of the lobby. Follow the signs to the bathrooms. Before entering each bathroom, you will see two water fountains.

Entering the Theater
You may enter the theatre half an hour (30 minutes) before the show starts. There are two entrance to the theatre, one on the far left of the lobby and one on the far right of the lobby. The entrance to the theatre on the left has 4 steps and a handrail. Each step is about 5” high. The entrance to the theatre on the right does not have any stairs.
Seat Locations
As you are looking at the stage, the seats to the right of the stage have even numbers. The seats to the left of the stage have odd numbers.
In the center section the sound and lighting booth is above seats 104 to 117 in row E. This makes the space under the booth feel more sheltered, with the ceiling approximately 6.5 feet compared to approximately ____ feet above all other seats in the theatre.
Seating Proximity
The Bathhouse theatre seats 159 people. The front row of seats, row A, is even with, and approximately 1’ from, the stage. The last row of seats, row E in the center section and row D on the left and right sides, are approximately 14 feet from the stage.
The seats on the side section are approximately 22” from the seat to the floor. The seats in the center section differ from seat to floor with row B 18” from the floor and row E 20” from the seat to the floor.
The front row of seats features seats of differing width. The larger seats, seats A 110, 112, 118 and 120, are 30” across, 17” from the back of the seat to the front of the seat, and 18” from the front of the seat to the floor. The other seats in row A are 22” across, 17” from the back of the seat to the front of the seat, and 18” from the front of the seat to the floor.
Seats in the front row can be remove for seating for people who use wheelchairs.
Seat Size
The seats in rows B through E in the center section, and all of the side sections, are approximately 16” from arm rest to arm rest, and 17” from the back of the seat to the front of the seat.
