  • We are located on the north shore of Green Lake in Seattle.
    Our physical and mailing address is: 7312 West Green Lake Dr N, Seattle, WA 98103

  • There is a free parking lot adjacent to the theater as well as free street parking. There is a short path from the parking lot to the front of the theater.

  • Content warnings (or advisories) are provided to let you know about potentially triggering content that will be happening on stage. You will find advisories for each show listed in the details of each show in the Current Season lineup. They will also be displayed in the lobby.

  • Run time is approximately how long the show will run. You can find this information on the ticket page of the show you are attending. It will also be displayed in the lobby & in the program.

  • Our lobby opens one hour prior to the show, however this may shift due to changing covid protocols so please check your ticket email for the most up to date information.

  • All single tickets and subscriptions are final sale and non-refundable. Exchanges are possible depending on availability during the current season but cannot be guaranteed.

  • If we have to cancel a performance, you will be notified via email and given the option to exchange your ticket, get a refund, or donate the cost of your ticket.

  • Yes, we do! Masks are required in the theater so if you do purchase a beverage please be mindful of putting you mask back on between sips!

  • Wheelchair seats and companion seats are available for every show. They are marked on the ticket map when you are choosing seats.
