Romeo & Juliet—Together (and Alive) at Last!
Directed by SPT Staff

Pete loves poetry, and Annabel always has her head in a book. Their friends know they’d be perfect together – if only they weren’t so shy! The brilliant scheme: put on Romeo and Juliet and cast the two in the title roles. But putting on a show is never that easy – falling props, faulty ladders, and a Tybalt who is up to no good make the production a complete fiasco! This funny and fresh story by renowned author Avi includes some of Shakespeare’s classic language, along with rich contemporary characters. Will true love prosper or will chaos reign?
