BOX OFFICE Inclement Weather Policy
All performances will go on as scheduled, so there will be absolutely no exceptions to our standard No Refunds policy. In the case of widespread severe weather, our standard exchange policy ($5 per ticket fee, with at least 24 hours notice, to another performance of the same production only) may be relaxed, at the discretion of the Front of House Manager.
If you don't think you will be able to safely travel to the Bathhouse for a performance due to inclement weather, please contact the box office as soon as possible (206-524-1300 or boxoffice@seattlepublictheater.org), and we will contact you as soon as we are able. Please note that in the case of widespread severe weather, it may take us some time to work through a backlog of calls; please be patient.
Special Note for Holiday Patrons (The Best Christmas Pageant Ever or Jacob Marley’s Christmas Carol): Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you in a timely manner, but in any case you must contact us by December 31st, or we will be unable to make any exceptions for you. Also note that the box office will be closed beginning December 25th, and will re-open the first Wednesday in January. In the case of severe weather during the final week of performances, we may not be able to contact you until the New Year.
