Normal Box Office hours are 12pm-5pm, Wednesday through Saturdays. The Box Office will be open 1 hour prior to our Mainstage shows and 30 minutes prior to our Youth shows.
If you have pre-purchased tickets or subscribed to the Mainstage, those tickets will be waiting for you at Will Call beginning 1 hour before the show starts. Seating is assigned, but please allow enough time for traffic and parking, as there is no late seating. If tickets have not been picked up by 5 minutes to showtime, we reserve the right to resell those seats.
We love our location at the Bathhouse Theater, and we hope that you do, too! Here is the trade-off for such a wonderful, intimate space: in order to bring you the best theatergoing experience possible for all of our patrons, we do not late seat for any performances. We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes early.

All performances will go on as scheduled, so there will be absolutely no exceptions to our standard No Refunds policy. In the case of widespread severe weather, our standard exchange policy ($5 per ticket fee, with at least 24 hours notice, to another performance of the same production only) may be relaxed, at the discretion of the Patron Services Manager.
If you don’t think you will be able to safely travel to the Bathhouse for a performance due to inclement weather, please contact the box office as soon as possible (206-524-1300 or firstname.lastname@example.org), and we will contact you as soon as we are able. Please note that in the case of widespread severe weather, it may take us some time to work through a backlog of calls; please be patient.
Special Note for Holiday Patrons: Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you in a timely manner, but in any case you must contact us by December 31st, or we will be unable to make any exceptions for you. Also note that the box office will be closed beginning December 25th, and will re-open the first Wednesday in January. In the case of severe weather during the final week of performances, we may not be able to contact you until the New Year.
In the event that Seattle Public Theater has to cancel a performance, we will make every effort to contact patrons to let them know as soon as possible.
