If you have pre-purchased tickets or subscribed to the Mainstage, those tickets will be waiting for you at Will Call beginning 1 hour before the show starts. Seating is assigned, but please allow enough time for traffic and parking, as there is no late seating. If tickets have not been picked up by 5 minutes to showtime, we reserve the right to resell those seats.
All ticket sales are final. If you are a subscriber, you may exchange your tickets to another performance free of charge, although an upgrade fee may apply if exchanging into a more expensive performance. Single tickets may be exchanged for $5 per ticket, plus any upgrade fees, if applicable. There are no refunds.
Driving Directions & Parking
Traveling north on I-5:
Take 65th St./Ravenna exit. Turn left on 65th St. Bear right onto Ravenna Blvd. for .3 miles. Bear right onto E. Greenlake Dr. N. Continue past the stoplight at the north side of the lake (Wallingford Ave.). Bear left as East becomes West Greenlake Dr. N. The theater will be to your left, on the shore of the lake, and just beyond it you can turn left into the parking lot. The theater is located only a short walk towards the lake.

Take the NE 85th St. exit. Turn left onto Wallingford Ave. and follow it straight to the lake. Turn right on E. Greenlake Dr. N. Bear left as East becomes West Greenlake Dr. N. The theater will be to your left, on the shore of the lake, and just beyond it you can turn left into the parking lot. The theater is located only a short walk towards the lake.
Traveling north on Aurora Ave:
Shortly after passing through Woodland Park on Aurora Ave. you will see Greenlake on your right. As you reach the commercial area, take the first available right turn (at the gas station). This is W. Greenlake Dr. N. Take the next right into the parking lot. The path at the opposite end of the lot takes you to the theater on the shore of the lake.
Inclement Weather Policy
All performances will go on as scheduled, so there will be absolutely no exceptions to our standard No Refunds policy. In the case of widespread severe weather, our standard exchange policy ($5 per ticket fee, with at least 24 hours notice, to another performance of the same production only) may be relaxed, at the discretion of the Patron Services Manager.
If you don’t think you will be able to safely travel to the Bathhouse for a performance due to inclement weather, please contact the box office as soon as possible (206-524-1300 or email@example.com), and we will contact you as soon as we are able. Please note that in the case of widespread severe weather, it may take us some time to work through a backlog of calls; please be patient.
Special Note for Holiday Patrons: Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you in a timely manner, but in any case you must contact us by December 31st, or we will be unable to make any exceptions for you. Also note that the box office will be closed beginning December 25th, and will re-open the first Wednesday in January. In the case of severe weather during the final week of performances, we may not be able to contact you until the New Year.
In the event that Seattle Public Theater has to cancel a performance, we will make every effort to contact patrons to let them know as soon as possible.
